No purchase necessary to enter or claim a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Must be 18 years or older.
The Rockies ticket Giveaway begins at 5:00 p.m. MST on March 8, 2018 and ends at 5:00 p.m. MST on Friday March 30, 2018. The drawings will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 3, 2018. The winners will be announced at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 3, 2018.
How to enter:
– Visit the giveaway website located at idealhomeloans.com/giveaway/ and complete the online form and submit a current (within 90 days) mortgage statement or a current (within 90 days) rent statement/lease.
– If you do not wish to enter the giveaway online, you can visit Ideal Home Loans in person at 7900 E Union Ave Suite 700, Denver, CO to submit all information.
Participation in the giveaway is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from Ideal Home Loans LLC or the Rockies Baseball Club. Limit one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of Ideal Home Loans and will not be returned. If any participant enters the giveaway more than once, then the first entry received for such person will be the only entry considered for such participant.
Prize: There is (1) prize for this giveaway: One pair of Club Level tickets to the Colorado Rockies vs. Atlanta Braves at Coors Field on Friday April 6, 2018.
The odds of winning the giveaway depend on the number of eligible entries received for the giveaway during the promotion period. All expenses and other costs not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Ideal Home Loans LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. In order to receive the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of identification. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
Eligibility: The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating in the giveaway, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Ideal Home Loans and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in the giveaway. Entry to the giveaway will only be eligible if such entry (a) is in English, (b) does not disparage Ideal Home Loans LLC or any other person or party affiliated with the giveaway, (c) is submitted during the Promotion Period, (d) does not contain content that is unlawful, hateful or obscene and (e) complies with the requirements set forth in the sections above. Ideal Home Loans LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entries which Ideal Home Loans determines at any time in its sole judgment fail to meet any of these criteria. Employees, volunteers, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Ideal Home Loans, any partners of the Ideal Home Loans LLC in connection with the giveaway, and such parties’ affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Selection of winners: Ideal Home Loans will select the potential winners for the Giveaway in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway Period on the applicable Drawing Date. Potential winners will be notified by mail, telephone or email within one (1) day of the end of the applicable Giveaway period. Such notification shall include instructions for proper acceptance of the Prize. In the event a potential winner does not accept the prize within two (2) days, a potential winner is ineligible, or the prize or prize notification is not deliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Ideal Home Loans LLC is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner. Each winner agrees to provide a completed form and a current mortgage statement or rent statement, and agrees to Ideal Home Loans LLC use of his or her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation, in each case, to the extent permitted by law. Where lawful, each winner may be required to sign and return a Publicity Consent and Liability Release.
Conditions: Ideal Home Loans LLC, and their respective agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or e-mail transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Ideal Home Loans LLC; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or from participation in the giveaway; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway. Ideal Home Loans LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway should any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Ideal Home Loans LLC control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. In the event that proper administration of the giveaway is prevented by such causes as contemplated above, Ideal Home Loans LLC will select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. By participating in the giveaway, participants and the winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Entities, and all others associated with the development and execution of the giveaway, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the giveaway, participation in the giveaway, any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, and/or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, including but not limited to statutory and common law claims for misappropriation or participant’s right of publicity. This giveaway, and all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of these Official Rules, shall be governed by Colorado law.
